Moved by the charm of the Provencal properties dozing in the sun, in a landscape of plane trees, wheat fields and olive trees, it is in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence that Emile Garcin founded, in 1963, the luxury real estate group EMILE GARCIN. His sincere and deep passion for beautiful houses soon won over his three children, Emmanuel, Nathalie and Antoine, who took part in the development of the company, in a family and independent spirit.
In 1986, Emmanuel Garcin opens the agency of Ménerbes, in the Luberon. Four years later, Nathalie Garcin creates her first Parisian agency, Rive Gauche, on rue de l'Université, then Rive Droite, on rue du Boccador. Antoine Garcin, the youngest, settled in Mougins, on the heights of the village dear to Picasso, in 2004. In a little more than fifty years of existence, the company has grown considerably. It now has 27 non-franchised agencies covering the whole of Provence, the Rhone Valley, the Basque Coast, Deauville, the Périgord, the Bordeaux region, the Ile de France and the Alps and Lyon regions. Abroad, EMILE GARCIN is present in Morocco, Geneva and Brussels, has correspondents in London and Los Angeles, and partnerships in Portugal, Brazil, South Carolina and Miami. Today, the group counts about one hundred collaborators under the direction of Emile Garcin, its founder, Nathalie Garcin, its president and Emmanuel Garcin, its general manager. The group pursues its mission with an intact passion: to propose for sale or for seasonal rental exceptional properties, respectful of the history and identity of the places, which will magnify the charm and the character of the most beautiful landscapes in France and abroad. As a patron of the arts, Emile Garcin created the PRIX EMILE GARCIN within the framework of the Association des Vieilles Maisons Françaises, embodying the desire to pass on a passion to which he has devoted his life.
