Emile Garcin
More than 60 years after its creation, the Emile Garcin brand has become synonymous with elegance, confidence, and loyalty.
Inspired by the charm of Provençal properties basking in the sun, surrounded by plane trees, wheat fields, and olive groves, Emile Garcin founded the luxury real estate group EMILE GARCIN in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence in 1963. His sincere and deep passion for beautiful homes soon won over his three children, Emmanuel, Nathalie, and Antoine, who joined the family business, maintaining its independent spirit.
In 1986, Emmanuel Garcin opened the Ménerbes agency in the Luberon. Four years later, Nathalie Garcin created her first Parisian agency on the Left Bank, on Rue de l'Université, followed by another on the Right Bank, on Rue du Boccador. Antoine Garcin, the youngest, moved to Mougins in 2004, on the heights of the village dear to Picasso.
In just over sixty years of existence, the company has grown considerably. It now has 27 non-franchised agencies covering the whole of Provence, the Rhône Valley, the Basque Coast, Deauville, Périgord, Bordeaux, Ile de France, and the Alpine and Lyon regions. Abroad, EMILE GARCIN has a presence in Morocco, Geneva, and Brussels.
