The EMILE GARCIN company is above all a family company founded in 1963 in Saint-Remy de Provence by Emile GARCIN.

After having given a decisive impetus to real estate in the Alpilles and in the Luberon area, the group EMILE GARCIN got expanded and is counting today fourteen agencies in FRANCE with no franchise, two offices in Marrakech and in Tanger and correspondents in Dublin and London.

Nathalie GARCIN created the first Parisian agency in 1990: Rive Gauche, and successively Biarritz, Deauville, Paris Rive Droite, the Ile-de-France and the Perigord regions.

Emmanuel GARCIN faithful to his native Provence, opens Menerbes in 1987 and runs the Luberon area.

Antoine GARCIN manages the Côte d’Azur area by becoming established in Mougins.

Emile GARCIN, from the parent company  in Saint-Remy de Provence, shines over Uzès, Aix-en-Provence, Marseille, and creates “EMILE GARCIN Vineyards” and “EMILE GARCIN Investments”, offering charm guest rooms, luxurious hotels and bays.

Aesthetes in the soul, the architecture inheritance is for the GARCIN a way of living: old stones harmony or futuristic architecture daring, pretty gardens or the beauty of a landscape are their criteria, mixing sometimes in subtle atmospheres, at the time of the properties selection to propose to their customers.

In 2006 this price has been awarded to the “Moulin Blanc – Gaston de SAPORTA” garden, in Saint Zacharie in the Var.
In 2007, to the restoration of the Saint-François convent in Oletta (Corsica).
