Our history

In the early sixties Emil Garcin began selling houses in the Alpilles and Luberon, signing compromises on the corner of a table as he likes to remind, initiating without suspecting it a decisive impetus in the development of real estate in Provence.

Self-taught, with a particular sensitivity, Emile Garcin has always been intuitively guided in the exercise of his profession by his search for understanding of human nature: listen to the other, while knowing how to guess the unspoken in order to allow the fulfillment of wishes and desires, whether proven or hidden.

Over the years, Emile Garcin has focused on conveying his very personal vision of real estate to his children. This is how Nathalie, Emmanuel and Antoine joined him in this "house", contributing greatly to its development in recent decades.

A pioneer and key player in the real estate market, Emile Garcin, represented by a hundred or so employees, is now established in the most beautiful regions of France, in Paris as well as in the provinces, but also abroad, among other places. Switzerland, Belgium or Morocco.
